1. Who we are

MathVault is operated by JEno Technology Acquisitions LTD, registered in Nigeria. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for any activity on your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Premium plans are billed monthly (£4) or annually (£36) in GBP. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payment, billing, tax, and invoicing are handled by our reseller Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms.

4. Reseller & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy for details. UK consumers may have additional rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute Premium content, scrape the site, or share your account credentials.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". MathVault is a study aid and is not affiliated with AQA, Edexcel, or OCR. We can't guarantee any particular exam outcome.
