If MathVault Premium isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Renewals

Subscriptions auto-renew. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel from the billing portal at least 24 hours before renewal. Once a renewal has been processed you can still cancel for the period after, but the current period is non-refundable beyond the 30-day window above.

UK statutory rights

Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (the Merchant of Record for all orders). You can request a refund directly at paddle.net, or email support@mathvault.io from the address on your account and we'll handle it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
