Most revision timetables fail in week one because they are built as wishful thinking: twelve colour-coded hours a day, no breaks, no slack. Here is the version that survives contact with reality.
1. Start from your exam dates, not from today
Work backwards. Any subject with an exam in three weeks gets priority over one in eight weeks, regardless of how much you enjoy it.
2. Be honest about hours
Two focused hours beats six distracted ones. Pick a daily number you can actually hit on a school night, and a bigger one for weekends.
3. Interleave, don't block
Rotating between subjects and topics within a session produces better retention than a single four-hour block on quadratics. Mix topics deliberately.
4. Make every maths session a past-paper session
For maths specifically, reading notes is close to useless. Do questions, mark them against the official scheme, and log every mark you dropped. Full papers with worked solutions are in the MathVault library.
