What it means for revision
A swing of 10–15 marks between years is normal, so target the higher recent boundary, not the average. If you're hitting grade 7 marks on Paper 1 (non-calculator), focus your remaining time on Paper 2/3 calculator topics — that's where most marks are lost in mocks.
For predicted papers and worked solutions for every recent series, browse the MathVault resource library. For A-Level, the same approach applies to Edexcel 9MA0, AQA 7357 and OCR H240 — try the Grade Boundary Predictor to estimate your grade from a raw mark.
